ARLANXEO is a world-leading synthetic rubber company with sales of around EUR 3.2 billion in 2018, about 3,900 employees and a presence in 9 countries with a total of 20 production sites.

Headquartered in Maastricht, Netherlands, the company’s core business is the development, manufacturing and marketing of synthetic high-performance rubber for use in the automotive and tire industries, the construction industry and the oil and gas industries.
ARLANXEO was established in April 2016 as a joint venture of LANXESS – a world-leading specialty chemicals company based in Cologne, Germany – and Saudi Aramco, a major global energy and chemicals enterprise headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Since January 1, 2019, ARLANXEO is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, a leading producer of energy and chemicals.

As a result of the merger of 2 former ( P&L responsible) business units (High Performance Elastomers and Tire & Specialty Rubbers) into one functional organization we have created one global IBP department and we are at the start of merging the 2 existing IBP processes into one globally harmonized process.

The new IBP department has a vacancy for an:

Integrated Business Planning:
(*) Integrated business planning (IBP) is a strategy for connecting the planning functions of each department in an organization to align operations and strategy with the organization's financial performance.

An effective IBP strategy can help sales and operations balance supply and demand, give human resource (HR) managers the right clues about hiring and training and provide the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and other C-level administrators with a more comprehensive view of each department's goals so that areas of overlap can be identified and the company can maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. An important goal of every IBP initiative is to help each department within the organization make informed decisions about product market strategy, including new product introductions and capital investments.
