Medior Servicedesk Engineer

  • 3rd line support on OTT/IPTV video platform

  • Every Monday reporting from SLA’s week before
  • Uptime Platform

Opening times and current deployment:
  • today 6 FTE’s on the service desk
  • Monday till Friday office hours; To be willing to work shifts from 05:00am- 12:00am
  • 24/7 on call;

Service desk in 24/7 365 days a year open.
